I really like the room and the apartment. Andrea is really helpful and he was always there whenever we had any problem regarding the apartment. The apartment is really nice as well; even though it is not that near to the city center as it takes around 30-40 minutes of walking, there are other options to reach there quickly (for example, by bus). There are 3 big supermarkets in the nearby. The room has everything needed but it is sometimes cold due to the Italian heating system rules and regulations. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.
